Tender For New/Miscellaneous Works At Various Sports Complexes Under Ce/Sports. Sub Head : Sitc Of Wireless Automation Water Supply System At Siri Fort Sports Complex.; 1 Wireless Water Level Controller Unit: Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 230V AC operated Wireless Water Level Controller Unit with water level indicator by 7 Segment LED display (56mm height) to indicate water level of single/ multiple Overhead or Underground tanks (Maximum 6 Tanks) in percentage with 1% esolution. It will receive water level data wirelessly from Level Transmitters and operate motor (Single/ Dual) accordingly to the set configurations. It will also indicate the flow status, motorized valve status and Audio/ Visual alarm for Overflow alert. Full, Low and Overflow limits for each tank is configurable independently. It will have modbus output for BMS system/ GSM Gateway/ other devices. It consists multiple safety features like high/ low voltage, dry run protection, max run time, minimum number of valves to operate, pipe line pressure etc. It also consists timer based operational features. (Only controller unit without transmitters. Water level data Transmitters unit will be charged separately) 2 Wireless Water Level Data Transmitter for Overhead tank: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of ultra-low power inbuilt battery operated water level data transmitter (IP68) with capacitive type water level sensors to measure water level with 1% resolution and flow status and transmit the data wirelessly to controller cum receiver unit. It will have auto calibration sensor for full level and input for motorized valve status and conductive flow sensor to communicate it wirelessly to controller. 3 Wireless Water Level Data Transmitter for Underground tank: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of ultra-low power inbuilt battery operated water level data transmitter (IP68) with capacitive type water level sensors to measure water level with 1% resolution and flow status and transmit the data wirelessly to controller cum receiver unit. It will have auto calibration sensor for full level and input for motorized valve status and conductive flow sensor to communicate it wirelessly to controller 4 Wireless Data Repeater: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 230V AC operated Wireless signal/ Data Repeater for re-transimitting the wireless data signal of transmitters/ other repeters to further distance to enhance the range. It will have LED Display for indication of Signal strength of recieved signals. It can be configured to recieve the signals of perticular transmitters ID/ Repeatrs. 5 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 5V DC operated microcontroller based control module to operate multiple motors/ priming pumps/ motorized valves (Maximum 4 Nos in total) in pre-determined sequence. It will have 230V 10amp potential free relay (8 Nos) to operate motors as per desired configurations. It will have capability to configure the settings through wifi. It will also have start and stop button to operate the sequential operation. It can also receive command from external controller to operate the sequential operation in pre-determined sequence. Duration of motorized valve & priming pumps should be configurable independently to assist priming of main pumps. It should also have lock of motor operation which can be access through wifi. 6 Float Valve/ Ball Cock: Supplying & Installation of PTMT Float Valve with powder coated aluminium rod & L.P./ H.P.H.D. plastic ball in Existing Water tanks including cutting/ threading & refixing existing water supply line and providing and fixing of required additional GI/CPVC/UPVC fittings (Elbow, Socket, Bush, reducer) complete. Size: 15mm dia NB 7 Float Valve/ Ball Cock: Providing fixing and installation of PTMT Float Valve with powder coated aluminium rod & L.P./ H.P.H.D. plastic ball in Existing Water tanks including cutting/ threading existing water supply line and providing and fixing of required GI/CPVC/UPVC fittings (Elbow, Socket, Bush, reducer) complete.- 25mm dia NB 8 Supply and installation of MS Panel box (IP55) made up of upto 1.6mm CRCA/ MS Sheet duly powder coated with single door having locking arrangement and mounting holes, mounting plates, necessary holes at bottom for cable inlets/ outlets etc. It includes fixing panel box on wall with SS dash fasteners of suitable size as per for housing of water level contractor and side building direction of engineer-in-charge.
