Conducting standard penetration test at the site at an interval of 1.5 Meter as per IS : 2131-1981 in 6\" dia bore hole including collection of disturbed soil Samples at 1.5 meter . intervals and undisturbed soil samples at 2.5 meter intervals and their complete laboratory testing as per Indian standard forclassification of soil and determination of various index and engineering properties of soil to base the allowable bearing capacity on shear as well as on settlement considerations cost of all operations, including lab charges, labour, T&P, transportation of equipment’s upto site of work and back, preparing and submitting test report in 04 (Four) copies in A-4 size paper including bearing capacity for buildings etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Architectural drawings of permanent structures of BOP building, services etc as per direction/consultation with Engineer-in-Charge of the works (04 copies).

Providing structural design and working drawings of all components of BOP building etc as per direction/consultation with Engineer-in-Charge (04 copies).

Preparation of detailed estimate and abstract of cost on the basis of latest Delhi schedule rate civil, Electrical & Horticulture and analysed item from market for construction of modern building design.
