Theme Pavillion shall be design by renowned designer/agency with relevant experience in consultation with NHDC One Unit Fixed as per budget C} BACKUP SERVICES, MAINTENANCE & ADMINISTRATIVE WORKS: 1 a) Ground/Site Maintenance, Housekeeping at site and surrounding preservation till Completion of Event with 12 Nos Plastic Dustbin (Big Size) 36” and small size dustbins at office and lounge area 2 b) Fire Equipment Service with 10 Nos Fire Extinguisher (Medium Size) 14 Days for textiles good with One Trained Fire Man (10:30 AM to 08:00 PM Daily) including Fire Permission Charges. 3 c) 16 Nos CCTV cameras with DVR recording and 01 attendant 14 Days 4 d) Provide Trained Security Guards. During the exhibition, there shall need trained Security Guards for 14 days round the day (for 8Hrs per Security guard per day) Minimum 3 no Security Guard per day 5 e) Public Announcement System (with high quality music system) with 12 Speaker Boxes and 2 cordless mics to be placed at various places inside and outside the Venue.
