Tender For Assistance For Maintenance Jobs / Skilled Jobs Of Heavy Equipment, Fact Cd => Limited; 1 Assistance for maintenance jobs / skilled jobs of Heavy Equipment, FACT CD. 2 Supply of skilled Diesel Mechanic for the maintenance Jobs of Heavy Equipment.Work involves: The service of an ITI-qualified and skilled Diesel Mechanic shall be provided to perform the following maintenance and repair tasks on various heavy equipment in the Heavy Phase-1 and Phase-2 areas, as per the instruction of Officer In - Charge/ SHift Technician. The work involves assistance for attending Preventive/breakdown/general maintenance works of heavy equipment/vehicles like inspection & lubrication, diesel block, replacement of damaged Tyres, hoses of Pay Loaders, Excavators, Cranes, Barge unloader works (BUL) etc. Replacement of damaged pin and bushes on various equipments. Assistance of pivot bearing replacement and joining of front and rear structures of Loaders. Replacement of bucket cylinders, boom cylinders and steering cylinders and its seal kitsof Loaders and Excavators. Assistance for Breakdown/ preventive maintenance of Locomotives. The scope of work covers all diesel mechanic tasks related to heavy equipment and Transportation vehicles. 3 Supply of skilled Auto Eletrician for the maintenance Jobs of Heavy Equipment.Work involves: The service of a qualified and skilled ITI-certified Auto Electrician is required to perform maintenance and repair jobs of various heavy equipment used in Heavy Phase-1 and Phase-2 areas, as per the instruction of Officer In - Charge.. The work includes assistance for attending works such as battery replacement or recharging, alternator and starter repairs or replacements, wiring repairs, and replacement of lights, warning lamps, horns, wipers, etc. The scope of work covers all auto electrical tasks related to heavy equipment and Transportation vehicles. 4 Supply of skilled Riggers for the maintenance Jobs of Heavy Equipment.Work involves: The service of skilled riggers with industrial rigging experience of atleast 12 years shall be provided to do the maintenance / repair / overhauling jobs at Heavy Equipment and Workshop dept., as per the instruction of Officer In - Charge. The work involves Assistance for attending preventive/break down/general maintenance of heavy equipment/vehicles like replacement / repair / assembling of Hydraulic cylinders, Bucket cylinder, boom cylinders and steering cylinders, bearing replacement or repair work. The rigger assistant for cranes such as the No. 7 Crane and the 740B Crane should have adequate knowledge of crane lifting operations, including load chart reading, proper communication protocols, control measures for safe operations, emergency procedures, and the do’s and don’ts of crane operation. Assistance of pivot bearing replacement and joining of front and rear structures of Loaders, Barge Unloader, Excavators, Payloaders, Cranes, Locomotives, Tractor and trailers, EOT operations. Assistance for alignment work ofall equipments andreplacement of couplings / bolts of payloaders, Excavators, Locomotives etc. with required tools. The rigger has to attend the jobs as a fitters also whenever required. The scope of work covers all rigger tasks related to heavy equipment and Transportation vehicles. 5 Supply of skilled and qualified welders for the maintenance Jobs of Heavy Equipment.Work involves: The services of ITI-qualified and skilled welders/Tinkering expert on demand shall be provided to perform the following maintenance and repair tasks on various heavy equipment at the Heavy Phase-1 and Phase-2 areas, as per the instructions of the Officer-in-Charge. Assistance for patchwork on Heavy Equipments such aswelding / cutting / heating jobs etc.Fabrication / repair of barge unloader work and heavy equipement or vehicles cabin, body parts, strucutural cutting / welding work. The scope of work covers all diesel mechanic tasks related to heavy equipment and Transportation vehicles.
