Tender For Annual Plan-Ward 11 Kozhinjipalliyalil Road Renovation-Project No /410-General Civil Work - Interlocking 2 3.5.2:Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 m <br> Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections. 3 4.11.2:Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal. Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. (ii) Using Gravel mix soil. 4 75.8.1:Providing Plain cement concrete for road work CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine aggregate: 4course aggregate) laid to required slope and camber in panels (@ 3 m c/c) as requiredincluding compaction, finishing and tamping etc .complete. Max. size of courseaggregate not exceeding 25mm , mixed in concrete mixer etc complete as perspecification (i) Nominal mix (1:2:4) 5 OD462181/2024-2025:Flooring with interlocking paving blocks 80mm thick M 30 GRADE,over a bed of 6mm metal filing in 50mm average thick and compacting using earth hammer/compacting ting machine hand operated including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges, etc complete. Excluding cost of edge concreting (16.91.2 modified) 6 OD462192/2024-2025:Filling with contractors own earth ( excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of site Engineer-in-charge 7 OD462193/2024-2025:Filling with Quarry Muck &amp;1t;br&amp;gt;Filling up low lying and water logged areas with local material /quarrymuck, spreading in layers, levelling the top at site and consolidation by ramming, etc complete for improving the CBR value of subgrade 8 10.3.B:Direction and place indentification signs up to 0.9 sqm size boardB. Semi-Reflective Traffic signsProviding and erecting direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm M/s flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701
