Tender For Annual Plan-Ward 1 Met Link Road Renovation-Project No/388-General Civil Work - Concreting 2 3.5.2:Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 m <br> Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections. 3 OD462683/2024-2025:Filling with contractors own earth ( excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of site Engineer-in-charge 4 OD462684/2024-2025:Granular Sub-base/base/surface course with local materials(Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal. Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material, spreading in uniform layers manually mixing by mix in place method and compacting with rammers to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408 5 OD462685/2024-2025:Filling with Quarry Muck &amp;1t;br&amp;gt;Filling up low lying and water logged areas with local material /quarrymuck, spreading in layers, levelling the top at site and consolidation by ramming, etc complete for improving the CBR value of subgrade 6 75.8.1:Providing Plain cement concrete for road work CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine aggregate: 4course aggregate) laid to required slope and camber in panels (@ 3 m c/c) as requiredincluding compaction, finishing and tamping etc .complete. Max. size of courseaggregate not exceeding 25mm , mixed in concrete mixer etc complete as perspecification (i) Nominal mix (1:2:4) 7 OD462682/2024-2025:Supplying and providing ready made GI name board with all conveyance, labour and hire charges etc complete using GI hollow tube of size 80x40x1.4 mm post, 40x20x1.4 mm outer frame, 0.6 mm thick iron sheet of size 90x60 cm with two coat of enamel painting over a coat of primer, lettering with suitable colour and size, fixing the post in ground with CC 1:2:4 etc complete
