Repair and maintenance of infrastructure assets in R-III Division during 2025-26. Sh:- Miscellaneous footpath repair under Laxmi Bai Nagar Road Service Centre.-- 1 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 15cm in depth but exceeding 0.50 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.(a) All kinds of soil. 2 Taking out existing precast RCC/CC/ Red sand stone/D.Q Stone flooring from footpath slab laid in cement mortar including stacking or serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge. 3 Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate (RA) ). 6 Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall notbe more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost) 7 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge). 8 Providing & laying in footpath and pavement etc.factory made precast cement concrete slab of size 400mmx400mmx50mm of mix M-30 grade manufactured in joint less moulds on vibration table and finished smooth as per shape, size and pattern over a base of 12mm thick average cement mortar 1:5(1cement:5coarse sand) and having joints not exceeding 10mm thick filled with cement mortar 1:5(1cement:5coarse sand) and neatly finished etc complete as per the direction and instructions of Engineer in charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid to be contractor for laying slabs in approved pattern in using precast slabs of required shapes at end of footpath). 9 Relaying in footpath and pavement etc factory madeprecast concrete slab of size 400X400X50 mm of mix M-30 grade manufactured in joint less moulds on vibration table andfinished smooth as per the shape, size and pattern over a base of 12 mm thick (average) cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement:5 coarse sand) & having joints not exceeding more than 10 mm thick (avg.) Filled with cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5coarse sand) neatly finished etc. complete as per direction and instruction of Engineer-in-charge (nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for laying, slabs in approved pattern and using precast slabs of required shape at the end of footpath.) 10 Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 11 Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost). 12 Providing cutting hoisting and fixing in position including fabrication of 3m thick Aluminum Composite material sheet (ACM) made of two aluminum sheet of 0.25mm thick each having a distance of 2.50mm thick filled with rubber polymer to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Confirming to various concerned ASTM Standards. (Measurement to be taken of the face area of sheet). 13 Providing and fixing in position very high bond (VHB) double tape 24 mm wide and 2.3mm thick for jointing ACM/ Aluminium sheet with S.S. frame including all process like cleaning, cutting, chemical application pressing etc. as per sample approved by the Engineer-in-charge. 14 Providing and fixing retro reflective sheeting 3M Diamond grade grade XI as per ASTM-D 4956 in two layers of approved colour over ACP sheet 4mm thick Aluminum sheet complete with necessary adhesive and pressure method etc. The base layer of Type-XI sheet shall be on full face of ACM/ Aluminum sheet with words/ directions, pictogram (picture), arrows, signs shall be printed over sheet through traffic jet digital print system of approved make complete including cleaning etc. complete, all as per drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge (payment shall be made for flats area of sheet only). 15 Constructing of bell mouth (Silt chamber type) with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4coarse sand) of inside size 45x50x60 cm deep channel side wall to be 50cm deep below channel level overprecast cement concrete cube at size15cmx15cmx15cm shall be fixed in form opening as bell mouth under the SFRC manhole cover frame of size 550x450mm opening with one rounding of to match the profile of cement concrete kerb stone including concrete 15cm thickproviding and laying bed concrete 15cm dia of mix 1:4:8 (1cement: 4coarse sand 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and 50mm thick 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 12mm thick inside the cement plaster in side chamber with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement finished including excavation foundation filling etc complete and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 16 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. Red sand stone 17 Dismantling of road gully chamber/bell mouth of various sizes including R.C.Cgrating with frame including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead including refilling the excavated gap. 18 Providing and fixing D.Q stone flooring of size 100x100mm and 70mm to 80mm thicklaid over 20mm(average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse snad) of approved design/shape with jointedand pointing with cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement :4 C/sand)etc. complete as persatisfaction of Engineer-incharge. 19 Laying old D.Q stone flooring of size 100x100mm and 70mm to 80mm thicklaid over 20mm(average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse snad) of approved design/shape with jointedand pointing with cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement :4 C/sand)etc. complete as persatisfaction of Engineer-incharge. 20 Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 1.50 metre above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge (payment for provoding grooves shall be made separately). 21 Forming groove of uniform size in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer, including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge : 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep groove 22 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work 23 Disposal of building rubbish / malba/silt / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any C&D waste management site within 25kms. lead i.e.Shastri Park/Burari/Mundka including weighting at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/rules of plantmanagement. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C&D waste plant. The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursement by the department on production of only original cash receipts.
