Tender For Drain / Cross And Repair Work At Various Places In The Municipal Area - Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level. Depth upto 1.5 m 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 3 Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal ofunserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.Lime Concrete, cement concrete grade M-10 (1:5:10) and below 4 Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) backing filled with a grout of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing by means of cramps which shall be paid for separately) : Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing 70 mm thick.. 5 Stone work in plain ashlar in super structure upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : One face dressed. Red sand stone 6 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded 20mm nominal size stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40mm thick 7 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 8 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand) 9 Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking :: Earth
