Lucknow. All Cost of All Materials / Painting Materials / Other Consumable Materials, Skilled Men/Semi Skilled Men/Lobour and T&P etc. Required for Completion of the Work will be Provided by the Firm / Contractor. 1 Providing and Fitting Providing and Fitting of asbestos Corrugated Roofing Sheet of size 4x8 feet to roofing of open portion of Sump house by cutting, febrication and grouting of M.S./GI angle frame with J type Hook, Bolt , Nut and Waser etc. for providing shed for Installation of main Switch/ Starter of sump Pump. including the cost of man material and T&P 1 Job 2 works are to done for proper operation of Sump Pump The following work are to done for proper operation of Sump Pump a). Complete Dismentling of old / defective 03 Nos Main Switch along with 03 Nos D.O.L Starter of 02 Nos. 7.5HP & 01 No. 10HP Sump pump motor including disconnection of cable etc. b). Supply & Fixing of 03 Nos, 63A TP Switch fuse unit/MCCB and Fixing of in place of outside wall of the Sump House. Fixing of SFU to be done on the wooden frame mounted on wall. c). Fixing of 03 Nos.old D.O.L Starter on outside wall of sump house. d). Proper termination of cable on 03 SFU and 03 DOL Starter with 02 Nos. 7.5HP & 01 No. 10HP sump pump motor. total -03 Job , 01 sump pump motor per Job 3 Job 3 Cleaning and overhauling Cleaning and overhauling of 1000 Ltr. Water storage priming tank of sump pump by using suitable cleaning agent. Work includes checking and replacement of inlet, Outlet and float valve. All men material and T&P shall be provided by the contractor. 1 Job 4 Brush / Spary Painting Brush / Spary Painting of 03 Nos. Sump Pump with 02 Nos. 7.5HP Motor & 01 No. 10HP Motor and 3 Mtr. long 100mm Dia M.S Pipe by two coat of Synthetic enamel paint after applying one coat of Red oxide primer and cleaning surface by emery paper. Work also includes proper installation of motor pump to avoid the Vibration/jurck during running. 01 job per Sump Pump, total -03 Job 3 Job 5 Spray / Brush Painting Repairing and Rewinding of 01 No 10HP sump pump motor with same number of turns, previous gauge wire and previous insulation class. Also replacement of damaged bearing and bush and alignment of shaft for proper smooth operation. The work includes complete overhauling of Motor and pump with oiling and greasing of all movable parts.. All men material and T&P shall be provided by contractor. 1 Job 6 Writing the Name of Sump House Writing the Name of Sump House on front wall of the sump house and writing way to Sump house on Road side boundary wall of the s/s by making base in yellow color paint of Appropriate size ( as per direction of Engineer incharge) and making border in black color paint and writing the Nomenclature in Black color paint in aesthetic manner. 2 Job 7 Cleaning of water collection pit of Sump house Cleaning of water collection pit of Sump house in order to avoid water logging and choking of drains during the upcoming monsoon season. The work includes providing of sufficient labour and T&P for removal of all the garbage, dirt and foreign material etc. from the pit of sump-house. The garbage collected from pit shall be disposed off away from the substation premises in accordance with envoirmental safety procedures Total Quantity :
