    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Calibration For Electronic Equipments Calibration Services 1) Calibration of Electronic equipments i) Signal Analyser. Qty -1No ii) Analog signal generator. Qty - 1No. iii) Mixed signal oscilloscope. Qty - 1No. iv) Waveform generator. Qty - 1No Total Qty: 04Nos 2) Calibration of the following items is to be carried out by vendor. a) EXA Signal Analyzer, Freq Range: 9KHz-26.5GHz, Make: Keysight, Part No:N9010B b) PSG Analog Signal Generator, Freq Range: 9KHz-3GHz, Make: Keysight, Part No:N9310A c) Mixed Signal Oscilloscope 1GHz LX1, Make: Keysight, Part No: MSOX3104T d) Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator, Make: Keysight, Part No: 33522B 3) Delivery of work to be completed within three months from the date of order released. 4) Calibration completion period: within 15 days after receipt of item. 5) Validity of the calibration certificate is one year for all items 6) Valid NABL accredited calibration certificates to be provided for each item. 7) The equipment will be handed over to the Calibration Agency for Calibration by BDL by hand and collected back after calibration. 8) A Calibration certificate is to issued at the time of collection of the instrument. 9) Transportation : Collection and Delivery of calibration by BDL scope. 10) Insurance : by BDL scope. 11) Delivery of work to be completed within three months from the date of order released. 12) The time of delivery is the essence of contract supply should be completed within stipulated delivery period. In the event of vendor failure to supply the goods/perform service. Liquidated damage will be applicable as per GeM. 13) All possible care should be taken in handling the equipment by Vendor, but the risk of damage in transit or in calibration will be borne by BDL Scope. 14) Payment terms: 100% Payment will be made against successful completion of work and certified by Engineer-in-charg Total Quantity :
