Tender For Supply And Construction Of Ug C2 Centre; Const C2 Centre. Construction,fabrication and electrification of UG C2 Centre of size 20x8x8 with overhead protection essentially consist of steel troughs supported on suitable ISMBs, duly overlaid with OG colored sand bags filled with earth in two rows upto a height of 600mm over heavy HDPE 250GSM shall be covered with PPGI sheets, water sump 2x2x6, soil embankment with Geo textile and HESCO and MS step entrance with canopy all as per Sketch R,S,T,U,V,W,X and Y. Nos 1 (a) PCC : PCC 1:3:6 with 40mm graded stone aggregate 100 mm thick with water proofing compound laid over well rammed150mm thick 63mm graded Hardcore as per sketch S,T and U. PCC will be casted after proper leveling of the ground. Cum 3 (b) Container .Supply and fabrication of container at site all as per sketch T. Nos 1 (i) Base Frame & Flooring. Base frame 20x8 to be designed and fabricated as given in drawing and arranged rafter such a way that Grid not more than 1000mm x 1000mm for stability of floor. Base frame shall be constructed using 100x100x5mm in outer section, SHS 50 x 50 x 5mm thick in primary member and RHS 100x50x5mm secondary member. The primary & secondary members will be connected together by continuous welding. MS sheet 2 mm thick fixed at the top as per sketch R. Floor will be finished with laying and pasting of 3mm thick heavy duty abrasion resistant PVC vinyl flooring with SR 707 rubber adhesive over 18mm thick plywood sheet complete all as per sketch T. Make : TATA/SAIL/JINDAL Sqft 160 (ii) Column: Column of the container consist of 100mm x 100mm x 5 mm MS Square Hollow section 2.24 mtr long . The column will have continuous welded to the base frame roof frame all as per sketch S. Make : TATA/SAIL/JINDAL Nos 8 (iii) Outer Wall : 2mm thick MS sheet with corrugation shaped welded over column and runner all as per Sketch T. Make : TATA/SAIL/JINDAL Job 1 (iv) Roof Frame and Roof .
