Tender For Upgradation Of Pakka Pond At Jaganoo- 1 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In lime mortar 2 Providing and laying in position lime concrete with graded stone/brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size and 40% mortar comprising of 1:1:1 (1 lime putty: 1surkhi: 1fine sand) including curing complete but excluding cost of centering andshuttering. All works upto plinth level with Graded Stone Aggregate 3 Coursed Rubble Masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth and curing complete with Lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime putty: 1 Surkhi: 1 Fine sand) 4 Coursed Rubble Masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth and curing complete with Lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime putty: 1 Surkhi: 1 Fine sand) (Stone available at site) 5 Clearance of mulba In ordinary soils disposal lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 6 Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) Flush/Ruled Pointing 7 Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 8 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work 9 Removing mortar from and cleaning stones and concrete articles (net quantity of stacks of cleaned materials will be measured) In lime mortar 10 Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earthlead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge All kinds of soil 11 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 12 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 13 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 14 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for 15 Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete 16 Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms. 17 Carriage of material by M.T inclloading/unloading& stacking complete 18 Sand av lead 45 km 19 Stone agg below 40 mm nominal size av lead 5 km 20 Stone agg above 40 mm nominal size av lead 5 km 21 Stone av lead 20 km 22 Disposal of mulba av lead 3 km
