Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Pruining Of Danger Posing Trees And Shifting Of Logs To Designated Places Tree Translocation Service Pruning of identified dangerous posing trees of 200 numbers of size: minimum girth 02 meter and minimum height 20 meter and shifting & transportation of pruned tree logs / fallen trees of various types, kind, variety, diameter and length on tonnage basis of 150 Metric Tonns, from Inside the factory area and CF Estate area including CA & PSK and stacking at designated place ( Near Bldg. No. 142, the location may change, subject to availability of space) within a distance of 2.5 km from Inside factory & CF Estate and within a distance of 10 km from CA & PSK, as directed. The job work is inclusive of the cost of labour, equipments, fuel, tools & accessories, safety protective equipments, transportation/lifting vehicles, tackles etc with cleaning and clearing of site, complete in all respect as directed as per Scope of Work and Terms & Conditions enclosed as Annexure-I Terms and Conditions: 1. Scope of Work and Job Description in Detail: Pruning of identified dangerous posing trees of 200 numbers of size: minimum girth 02 meters and min height 20 meters and shifting of pruned/fallen tree logs of quantity 150 MT to designated place (Near Bldg. No. 142, the location may change, subject to availability of space). 100 Trees are to be pruned Inside the Factory and 100 Trees are to be pruned in the Estate Area including CA & PSK . ). For pruning of trees less than the minimum Girth specified, the size will be assessed by adding the Girth size of each trees pruned and payment will be calculated based on the total Girth arrived. No additional charges will be applicable for pruning of the tree of girth size more than 02 mtr. Trees are to be pruned, which are projecting over buildings, posing danger to man and material, branches which are likely to cause damage to electrical distribution systems, hindrances to illumination, CCTV coverage, security and safety aspects etc. The pruned tree logs, fallen tree logs, branches, firewood and twigs of various types, kind, variety, diameter and length are to be shifted/transported and stacked at designated place within a distance of 2.5 km to 10 km as directed. The area of work is at Cordite Factory Aruvankadu, which includes Inside the factory area and Estate area, including CA & PSK. The job work is inclusive of the cost of labour, equipments, fuel, tools & accessories, safety protective clothing & equipments, transportation/lifting vehicles, tackles etc with cleaning and clearing of site, complete in all respect as directed as per Scope of Work and Terms & Conditions stipulated. The subject contract is only for pruning of identified dangerous posing trees and shifting to designated place, the contractor has no rights to lift/utilize the cut logs/firewood, which has been stacked at designated place.
