Details of Machine to be covered under AMC: i. Name of the Machine: Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) ii. Machine Make: Mitutoyo, South Asia Pvt. Ltd. iii. Model: CRT AS9108 iv. Machine Sl. No: 60251249 v. Year of Purchase: 2021 vi. Date of Installation & Commissioning: 13.05.2022 vii. Date of last preventive maintenance Carried out: 2. Scope of Work (SoW): i. Required Period of AMC: 2 years ii) Number of visit: Minimum one visit per year. iii) Up gradation of software to MCOSMOS-1 with dongle. iv) During each visit the following work is to be carried out: a. Uploading of Programming and Operation Software. b. Training on operation and programming of the machine. c. Cleaning of all Machine Axes Guide Ways d. Checking of the Air Supply System and adjust as per requirement e. Checking of the Air Bearings in all axes f. Lubrication of Machine Components as per manufacturer recommendation. g. Checking of the Axes Drive System and adjust as per requirement h. Cleaning of the Scales in all axes i. Checking of the Encoder Signals in all axes j. Checking of the Power Supply to the Machine and CNC Controller k. Checking of the machine’s Probing System. l. Replacement of spare parts and consumables as per recommendation of manufacturer. m.
