tender for IPGME&R-SSKM Hospital-Electrical Installation for necessary power arrangement & allied cabling work for Effluent Treatment Plant to be installed at SSKM Hospital by the PHE Department within the campus at IPGME&R-SSKM Hospital, Kolkata.- 1 S/Installation of floor cum wall mounted cubicle type indoor compartmentalized 415V., 50 Hz. dust & moisture proof LT Distribution panel board with following electrical accessories fabricated from 14 SWG CRCA sheet with MS angle frame as requried. The base of panel should be made with MS channel & Angle. The panel should have adequate strength & space to accommodate the incoming & outgoing switches andwith all interconnection in between the switches and changeover switch with copper flat / flexible wire of suitable capacity. The panel should be provided with cable alley for facilitating connection of all the incoming & outgoing XLPE Cables with termination arrangement by S&F copper terminal stud / bolt of required sizes. The panel with earthing attachment is to be painted with powder coated paint as per direction of EIC. The panel board should consist with the followings:-[ To be installed atETP Room] 2 INCOMER 3 415V, 400A4 pole 36 kA (Uimp=8KV), Ics= 100%IcuMCCB with microprocessor based release having adjustable O/L (0.4 to 1x In or better), Adjustable S/C (1/1.5 - 8/10 Ir), Inbuilt Instantenious protection, Adjustable E/F, Adjustable neutral protection at 50%, 100% , Both side spreader link, extended rotary handle etc. [L&T/Schneider/ABB/Legrand) -2 Sets. 4 BUSBAR CHAMBER 5 S&F 600 Amp capacity 99.9% - 99.5% electrolytic tinned copper 4 bar bus bar [size of flat 4 x 50 mm x 8 mm] mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator / hylam sheet having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes (Red, yellow, blue & black) for phases & neutral identification & all connection made with required size cu bars - 1set. 6 OUTGOING 7 415V, 400A4 pole On load chanover Switch incl. extended Operating Handle Kit (handle + shaft + center bush + bush clip) etc. [L&T/HPL/C&S) -1 Set. 8 METERING- 9 Communicable, Field programmable Digital Multifunction Meter (class 0.5) capable of display of Current, Volt, KWH, PF, MD with date & time stamp etc.with RS-485 port for displaying all the measurement data through MODBUS RTU to OPC compliant 3rd party Remote SCADA terminal (Detailed address MAP should be provided) alongwith 400/5A, max 15 VA,CL:0.5,tape wound CTs for metering (Make- Kappa) for all three phases -- 2 sets. and LED indication lamp for RYB, ON, OFF & Trip with suitable rating of control MCB as per direction of EIC.(For 2 nos incomer). 10 S & Installation outdoor type both sided door feeder piller box on bricks foundation with cement plastering and net cement finish on a height of 18”from Gr. Level. The piller box will be fabricated from 3 mm thick sheet steel for body portion and 5mm thick for top portion (roof) . The size of the piller box will be 2200(H) x 1800(W) x 900(D) mm with inner enclosure [size 2000(H) x 1600(W) x 750(D) mm] or as appropriate size and base channel (size:- 75mm x 40mm x 6mm ) & making interconnection by suitable size copper flat / wire.
