Tender For Cc Road Construction Work From Hajira Road To Shri Rambabu Former Council House - Excavating, Supplying and Filling of ordinary soil in layers not exceeding 20 cm by mechanical transport upto a lead of 8.0Km also including ramming and dressing pulverization of the surface including all labour,T&P, Roller and Water Sprinkler as per S.I.No. 253 & 253(a) 2 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m as per SI No 251 3 Providing and Laying C.C. in 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 Fine Sand : 12 Graded stone Ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curing etc. completework as per S.I.No. 273 4 Class-150 Brick Work in 1:4 (Cement and Coarse sand ) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work as per DSR Sp. No. 6.1.1 5 P/Laying C.C. in 1:2:4 ( One Part Cement, 2 Part of Coarse Sand and 4 part of approved 20mm grade stone grit)including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I No 279(a). 6 12mm thick Cement plaster in 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse Sand) mortar over brick work with finished even and smooth.including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per SI No.584 7 P/ Laying of Granular Sub-Base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 8 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 22.4-53 mmto water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per technical specification Clause 405. 9 Providing and Laying C.C. pavement (Road Slab) with 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 C.Sand : 3 Graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) excluding cost of reinforcement butincluding supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per PWD SI No. 10 Supply & Laying of I-Shapped Precast Interlocking Tiles of 80mmth.Rubber Moulded Grey (Comp.Str. Not less then 30MPa and weight 4.50 Kg.) including 25 mm th. local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand for proper completion of the work. as per DSR Sp. No.16.68 11 Providing and Laying R.C.C. in1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 2 C.sand : 3 stone agg.20mm nominal szei) excluding cost of reinforcement butincluding supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per DSR Sp. No. 5.1.2(a) 12 Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including the supply of steel and its wastege bend ,hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured upto floor to level as per S.I No. 504 13 Providing and fixing angle/Tee iron frame for doors,windows and ventilator of mild steel Angle section of size 35x35x5mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5mm or 35x5mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or tobe the wall withdash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer allcomplete as per the direction of E/I DSR Sp. No. 10.19 14 Supply and Fixing of Informatory Sign Board includingPainting & Letteringetc. as per given specification complete work at site.
