    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Passive Infra Leasing For Link No-1 Leasing In of Assets a) Service Provider shall create the required Passive Telecom infrastructure (UBR/ DARK FIBRE) as per requirement. b) Service Provider shall be responsible for procuring land, roof-top spaces for theinstallation of Passive Telecom Infrastructure. Service provider shall also be responsible for payment of statutory levies/municipal charges payable in respect of the Sites and Telecom Infrastructure. c) All rights to the equipment to be used for providing Passive infra to support last mile linkages shall vest with PowerGrid Teleservices Limited (POWERTEL) and the service provider shall have no right, title, or interest in any of the customer equipment installed at the sites within the service period.
