The shaft of alternator to be machined and pulley to be refitted. In way job includes removal, dismantle and refitment of alternator. L-024/H-188: Skirt shift mechanism not working view DC motor (24V, 2.2KW) showing very low insulation. Motor to be rewound and skirt-shift mechanism to be proved for satisfactory operation. In-way job includes removal and re-fitment of motor. L-023/H-193: Skirt shift mechanism not working view malfunctioning of 2 way 24V relay. The relay to be repaired and skirt-shift mechanism to be proved for satisfactory operation. L-022/H-193: Abnormal noise observed from Port alternator (Make Mecalite India Pvt. Ltd., model-BSC302928, capacity 288v, 175A). Suspect impeller locking mechanism deteriorated. Material build-up and machining of impeller locking mechanism is required. Defect to be rectified and alternator to be proved for satisfactory operation. L-007/H-193: Voltage stabilizer (Make- Opto Equipments, 230V AC) 1not giving output view suspect control PCB defective. Defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation. L-014/H-186: Skirt shift mechanism not working view DC motor (24V,2.2KW) showing very low insulation. Motor to be rewound and skirt-shift mechanism to be proved for satisfactory operation. In way job includes removal and re-fitment of motor. L-026/H-188: Up-down movement of crane pulley restricted view defective solenoid in hydraulic line. Defect to be rectified and system to be proved for satisfactory operation.
