Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Rate Contract For Repairs Of Sea Water Pipelines, Valves, Bends, Tees, Distance Pieces, Hydrants And Associated Accessories Of Sea Water Fire Fighting System For A Period Of One Year And Extendable For Further Two Years Repair, Maintenance and Installation of Plant/ Systems/Equipments REPAIRS OF SEA WATER PIPE LINES, VALVES BENDS, TEES DISTANCE PIECES, HYDRANTS AND ASSOCIATED CIVIL WORKS ON SEA WATER FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM ON RC BASIS-YARD SERVICES DEPARTMENT 1 A Excavation of trenches in soil 1.0M long x 1.0M wide x 1.0M deep ard refilling the same on completion B Removal of defective pipes either of rubber joint or flanged joints by cutting/disjointing. C Civil Works: (i) Construction of RCC pedestals for Pipes Valves and Hydrant Valves. (ii) Construction of valve pits with concrete, brick work and plestering. D Supply pipeline supporting brackets made out of M.S. C channel of size 50x100x50 mm fixing by means of anchor fasteners on PCC blocks and securing the pipes with M.S. flat of size 50x60mm bent to shape including nuts, bolts and washers. E Fabricate pipeline supporting brackets made out of M.S. C channel of size 50x100x50 mm fixing by means of anchor fasteners on PCC blocks and securing the pipes with M.S. flat of size 50x60mm bent to shape including nuts, bolts and washers. F Fix pipeline supporting brackets made out of M.S. C channel of size 50x100x50 mm fixing by means of anchor fasteners on PCC blocks and securing the pipes with MS flat of size 50x60mm bent to chape including nuts, bolts and washers. G Fabrication, welding, gas cutting of pipelines, bends, tees and other accessories of sea water fire fighting system.
