    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Secondary Regrouting Work Of Turbine Bearing Pedestal Generator Bearing Pedestal Sole Plate And Exciter Bed Anchor Bolts For Units 1 And 2 500 Mw Ktps Dvc Operation and Maintenance Power House / Power Plant econdary Re-grouting work of Turbine bearing pedestal, Generator Bearing Pedestal Sole Plate regrouting and exciter bed anchor bolt secondary regrouting of unit-1&2 1. Measurement and record of pedestal centring, elevation, level etc. 2. De-stretching of all anchor bolts of pedestals. 3. Demolition of secondary grouting and removal of old grouting from pedestal. 4. Cleaning the grouting surface and Re-setting including levelling centring & maintaining elevation on fresh packers of pedestal and sole plate at pre-dismantle value along with locking of all sole plate. 5. Preliminary tightening of anchor bolts and shuttering of the area for re-grouting. 6. Making grouting arrangement & Re-grouting of pedestals with GP Conbextra-2. 7. Curing of fresh secondary Grouting along with Block compression testing as per schedule. 8. After achieving grouting strength, Re-stretching of all anchor bolts and locking of check nut. Filling of granules in anchor bolt gap. 9. All other titbit works required for complete readiness of bearing pedestal covered under the scope of work. Total Quantity :
