Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Repair And Maintenance Work Of Radar Station Dolphin Nose Tower Consisting Of Ground First Floor Terrace And Dg Shelter Door At Visakhapatnam Details Mentioned In Technical Specification Operation And Maintenance Of Electro-Mechanical Installations Repair and maintenance work of Radar Station Dolphin Nose Tower consisting of ground, first floors, terrace and DG Shelter Door. in way jobs include following scope of work:- (a) Roof Top & Exterior Sides. Water seepage observed, from RCC ceiling of tower, grouting and plastering along with crack putty and charcoal sheet (approx area 250 Sq ft) on roof top for waterproofing to be applied at the site. Cracks observed exterior side of the building, plastering at water seepage area to be renewed and crack putty to be applied. (b) Interior Side, Water seepage observed at many places inside Radar Tower. Water seepage area plaster to be renewed and crack putty to be applied. (c) MS Railing. MS Railing corroded and broken at many places, to be repaired and fabricated (approx length 20 Mtrs). Distemper and paint on railing peeled off, faded and deteriorated. Railing to be painted (02 coat) with anti oxide primer and Black paint. (d) Staircase, 20 in nos, cemented steps of staircase are broken at corners and major cracks observed view heavy corrosion around MS railing shoe. Mason work and plastering work to be undertaken. (e) Painting of Tower. Whole Tower to be painted with primer post preliminary repairs. 02 coats of distemper inside and 02 coats of exterior paint to be applied on outer side of the tower. (f) Door. 01 in no. door of equipment room deteriorated, to be renewed alongwith frame. Material: Anti-Termite Marine Grade PVC Plywood (Size: 7x4 feet). (g) Drain Pipe, 02 in nos. AC drain pipes from first floor to ground to be renewed. (Approx Length-40 feet, Dia. 1 inch) (h) DG Shelter Door, Main door of DG shelter is rusted. Rusted area of Door to be chipped and anti oxide primer to be applied. 02 coats of black paint on both sides of door to be applied (Size: 8x10 feet). Total Quantity :
