Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Service SOIL INVESTIGATION FOR PROVN OF COOK HOUSE CUM DINING HALL FOR AGNIVEER AT 14 GTC, SUBATHU (Job No:SHQ/SUBATHU/02/A MWP/2025-26 Provision of (1) Bore hole of 150mm Dia in any type of soil upto max 5 m or upto refusal (N=100) whichever meet first conducting Dynamic Cone Penetration test (DCPT) as per IS 4968 (Part-2); 1976 OR Standard Penetration Test (SPT) as per IS 2131: 1981 (reaffirmed- 2016). Test shall be made at not more than 1.5 mtr interval or on change of strata whichever is less. Per Meter 5.00 d Conducting following lab test on bore collected soil sample (i) Direct/Triaxial shear test (ii) Grain distribution curves & pattern in bore holes. (iii) Bulk density (iv) Natural moisture content (v) Dry density (vi) Water table (vii) Specific gravity (viii) Atterberg limit (ix) Hydrometer analysis (x) Liquid & Plastic limit (xi) Swelling index. Each Bore Hole 3.00 e Collecting of lab test data calculation of Gross and Net safe Bearing Capacity and preparation of report on minimum 80GSM A4 Size white paper duly spiral bound in quintuplet duly vetted by IIT/NIT (Vetting shall not be in the personal capacity of the professor) for foundation (Report shall recommend type of foundation and sizes) at different depths below NGL, Including size, Gross and Net safe bearing capacity. Following shall also be ensured: (i) Photographic record of Geo exploration as well as testing shall also part of the report. (ii) Recommendation as regards possibility of liquefaction of soil in case of saturated or partially saturated loose/ uncompacted sandy soil. (iii) Swelling index and Swelling pressure in respect of black cotton soil and its depth/ layer (if Any). (iv) Depth of Gr. Water Table (GWT) in peak mansoon(lowest) and peak summer (highest) after correlation of result with seasonal of water table in the station. (v) Recommendation for filling under floors. (vi) RL of the Original Ground Level/Foundation level with ref to a BM should invariably be mentioned in the soil investigation report Total Quantity :
