No. 1 & other items at Marathu Khad stage 1st.)(Estimated Cost: Rs. 1,09,338/-,E/Monry: Rs. 2,200/-Time: 1 Month).-- 1 Complete Rewinding of 40HP, 3 phase, 2800 RPM motor with superior quality super enameled copper company wire including varnishing complete in all respect. 2 Providing and fixing of Ball bearing 6312 (SKF or NBC make) with in all leads and lifts. 3 Providing and fixing glass wire single core for main lead 125 HP motor. 4 Providing and fixing cast iron sleeve for both cover with in all leads and lifts. 5 Providing and fixing of connection plate as per specification. 6 Providing and fixing copper thimble suitable make for main lead complete in all respects. 7 Providing and fixing of fibre stick for 40 HP motor slots with in all leads and lifts. 8 Repair of stamping slots and chemical wash for 50HP motor. 9 Rematling turning of rotor shaft including straightening balancing complete in all respects. 10 Carriage and testing of motors from pump house to work shop and back to pump house after repair of motors. 11 Providing and fixing of pully boaring as per crank size complete in all respects. 12 Providing and fixing of Ball bearing NU-206 (SKF or NBC make) with in all leads and lifts. 13 Providing and fixing of bearing housing bracket complete in all respects.(For pump set No. 1) 14 Providing and fixing of MCCB 220 Amp 50 KA 3 pole for main supply complete in all respects.
