Tender For FABRICATION AND ERECTION JOB WORK-- 1 Fabrication and Erection Job Work( Qty as per DNIT) 2 Shifting of batch type machine capacity 1000kg percharge from CSM Batala to CSM Nakodar.Scope of work:1. Dismantling of batch type machine 1000kgper chargealong with motor pug mill, electrical panel,instrumentpanel &other items along with complete steel structure.2. Loadingat CSM Batala and unloading at CSM Nakodar . 3 Shifting of batch type machine capacity1500kg per charge from CSM Batala to CSM Nakodar.Scope of work:1. Loadingat CSM Batala and unloading at CSM Nakodar . 4 Erection of centrifugal machine N.H.E.C Make Capacity 1500 Kg/ ChargeContractor’s Scope of work• Erection of C/F machine capacity 1500kg/ charge with structure in all respect• Commissioning of C/F machine in all respect• Successful trial is also in the scope of the contractor • Fabrication , erectionof pug mill at suitable position according to machine level in all respect.• Erection& commissioning of hopper in all respect.• Other work related to commissioning & trial of machine. Mills scope of work• Electrical work will be arranged by mill• Civil work will be done by mill. 6 Dismantling , fabrication and erection of “J” pipe of batch type pan’s save all 7 Dismantling, fabrication and erection of Mud sump of telescopic valves . in this work includes dismantling of all telescopic valves and refitting and assembling. 8 Replacement of worn out bottom MS plate of sulphited juice receiving tank. 9 Dismantling , fabrication and erection of MS Mix juice tank of mill house along with its fabrication ofman hole , related connection, nipples etc in all respect.Size :- Dia 1700 mm xheight 2800mm 10 Dismantling , fabrication and erection of worn-out portion/ body shell of syrup sulphiter with adequate thickness ofMS plate
