Tender For Provn Of Submersible Pump At Ratnuchak Mil Stn Under Ge Kaluchak => Limited; (a) Supply, Installation, testing, commissioning lowering carefully in bore well up to depth of 60 Mtr. suitable for to deliver 11000 LPH 70 Mtr head with suitable electric motor 3 Phase at 415 Volts ,50Hz AC and multi stage submersible pump. -01 Job.(b) Supply and lowering ,connecting M S flanged pipe 80 mm dia heavy duty having wall thickness 5mm including rubber Gasket,nuts,bolts with washer and cutting of grooves on flange for flat cable and welded flanged circumferentially along with pipe, painted with black paint and corrosive paint internally and externally in 3 Mtr length -60 RM.(c) Supply and lowering connecting with motor of pumping set and starter carefully as per code of practice submersible cable in two length for bore well of size6 Sqmm 3 core, 1100Volts grade with copper conductor flat multi strand cable 410 RM.(d) Supply and fix discharge pressure gauge complete with fixing accessories such as nipple, stop cock-01 No.(e) Supply and fix depth gauge 6mm bore M S tubing complete with installation in position with fixing arrangement and fitting such as socket,Tee,elbow and valve with nozzle including hand operated foot rest pump (bicycle pump) -01 No.(f) Supply and fix M S clamp fabricated from structural steel section flat iron of size 15 cm wide and 8mm thick of suitable length including nuts, bolts and washer, welding bending, cold/hot drilling for bolt for holding 80 mm dia column pipe on ground-02 Nos(g) Supply and fixing feeder pillar box of suitable size comprising with 63 Amps 4pole MCCB 01 No as incomer, MCCB 32 Amps three pole -02 Nos (including one no as spare), digital volt meter 0-500Volts, Amp meter 0-100 amps, selector switch and fully automated star delta starter for submersible pump up to 10HP having contactor ML32, suitable over load relay range, single phase preventer, tripping system complete-01 Job.
