Pilibangan 2 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead up to 50 meter and with all lift. 3 for 500 m Carriage ofEarth, Sand, Lime, Morrum manure or sludge 4 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils 5 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar. 6 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead. 7 Brick masonry with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 infoundation and plinth with bricks Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 8 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including rackingofjointsetc. complete fine finish : 12 mm thick. 9 Silt clearance from Sedimentation cum storage tank with all lift and lead up to 50 Mtr. Silt to be disposed outside the Headworks boundaries. Disposed silt to be levelled and neatly dressed including stacking of useful material if any available during excavation for all kind of soil. Silt clearance is to be carried out by means of mechanical system i.e. Tractor craw/Trolley or any other mechanical system. No extra payment shall be done for lift . This workalso involves dressing ofbottom which is to be done manually and there shall be no damage to lining and LDPE film of tank. Work is to be done as per direction of Engineer In Charge and technical specifications. 10 Add :- Extra for every additional lead up to 50 M. 11 SINGLE FLAT BRICK LINING WITH 250 MICRON LDPE FILM:- Preparing surface levelled & dressed to proper slope & laying over it on sand properly rammed and watered in 2 Layers of 5 cm each. Providing and laying 250 micron LDPE filmas per ISS:2506-1984 including overlapping on the finished surface of compactedsand. Over LDPE film 15 mm thick cement sand mortar 1:3 shall be provided and laid which shall be cured properly. Over the base mortar single layer Ist class brick lining incement sand mortar 1:3 shall be provided with joints not more than 8 mm wide and curing shall be done for 14 days. This also includes providing weedicides & anti-termite treatment, complete work as per technical specifications. 12 Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 finesand) : Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing. 13 De-Watering by tractor 35 HP to 45 HP fitted with local burma size 8-10dia vertical / Horizontal type complete with all accerssories 14 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).
