ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level and removing demolised material out of Military station complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or interlocking tiles in floors, channels, kerbes, aprons, etc laid dry of laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggreate) as in sub -floors, sub- bases, floors and pavings omplete all as specified and directed. 4 Material and labour for sand filling under floors in foundations and for laying interlocking paver blocks including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. 5 Material and labour for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement &pigment complete all as specified and directed. 6 Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed. 7 Demolition of brick work or PCC blocks/stone masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material and labour fo pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in block masonery exceeding 10cm in width with solid block masonery with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1(using 20mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels complete all as specified and directed. 10 Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 45cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end complete all as specified and directed. 11 Material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in foundation of drain complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Supply and fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes for providing weep holes in drain wall complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material and labour for 75 mmthick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in floors, plinth protection and pavings finished with spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal ,whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed. 14 Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in floors, plinth protection and pavings finished with spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal ,whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material and labour for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 75 mm deep x 10mm wide for plinth protection and similar work, filled with sealing compound Grade A in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed. 16 Material and labour for forming construction joints 30 mm deep x 10mm wide for hardstanding & similar work , filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge. 17 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition),complete all as specified and directed. 18 Material and labour for precast cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1(using 20mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc), chullah hoods, chhajja, water troughs, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, setting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed. 19 Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars10mm dia and over, cut length, bent to shape required , includingcranking , bending spirallyfor hoopingfor coloumns, hooking endsand binding with and includingmild steel wire (annealed) not less than0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed. 20 All as per serial item No 19.00 here-in-before but 6 to 8mm dia . 21 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed. 22 Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 24 Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4 ), type B0(12.5mm grade aggregate ) in copings, kneelers,apex stons, kerbs etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. 25 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed. 26 Supply anf fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 27 Supply and fix hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing, wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh ) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and similar work conforming to Fe-290complete all as specified and directed. 28 Supply and fix welded steel wire fabric (Weight not exceeding 4 kg per Sqm) supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed. 29 Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width/girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. 30 Rough excavation from the firing range earthen wall upto the 6.00 Metre height and getting out any type of soil/sand complete all as specified and directed. 31 Material and labour for filling of mixed material (one part saw dust + one part river sand in volumentry) in embankment upto 6.00 metre height and thickness 0.30 Metre to 0.45 Metre mannually etc complete and directed.Note :- River sand should be passed through 2.36 mm IS seive and retained on 600 micron IS seive. 32 Removal of unserviceable sand/waste/dust distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing in the low laying area where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 33 Material and labour for taking down broken sand bag of 50 kg from range area and refilling of sand with new bag of 50 kg sand and staking the bag complete all as specified and directed. 34 Excavation over areas by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 metre in width as well as 10 sqm on plan in loose soil i.e sandincluding getting out and disposal of excavated sand lead upto 50 metre and lift upto 1.5 metre,complete all as specified and directed. 35 Removing excavated material exceeding 50 metre and not exceeding 100 metre and depositing/staking where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed. 36 Labour for seiving the excavated sand from Item number 34.00 above of size 100 %passing through 2.36 mm IS Sieve and 100% retained on 600 micron IS sieve and stacking the serviceable sand and unserviceable sand complete all as specified and directed. 37 Removing the seived sand( size 100 %passing through 2.36 mm IS Sieve and 100% retained on 600 micron IS sieve)from stacked to 100m lead i.e up to SGA ground as per item number 36.00 above and filling in SGA area , laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick , spread, levelled and rammed, watering includingploughing, complete all as specified and directed. 38 Supply and filling ofriver sand of size 100 %passing through 2.36 mm IS Sieve and 100% retained on 600 micron IS sieve and filling in SGA area , laid in layers n. exc 15 cm thick , spread, levelled and rammed, watering includingploughing, complete all as specified and directed. 39 Removal of unserviceable sand/waste obtained after screening /sieving from item number 35.00 above out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Wherever the contractor dumps the unserviceable material, it will be the contractor responsibility.
