Tender For Provision Of Iron Grills In Balconies Of Certain Smqs At Afs Jaipur; 1 S&F for Framed work as grills, gratings etc ends of bars, shouldered and or riveted or forged in spikes, framed guard bars barred iron, doors, ladders, framed ballusters, walk ways, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 upto 4th floor complete all as specified and directed. 2 S&F for Framed work as grills, gratings etc ends of bars, shouldered and or riveted or forged in spikes, framed guard bars barred iron, doors, ladders, framed ballusters, walk ways, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 from 5th floor to 8th floor complete all as specified and directed. 3 S&F for Framed work as grills, gratings etc ends of bars, shouldered and or riveted or forged in spikes, framed guard bars barred iron, doors, ladders, framed ballusters, walk ways, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 from 9th floor to 11th floor complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L mild steel screw bolts (machine made) for hold fast, length of bolt exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm long, dia 5 to 10 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, and making good by cement mortar 1:3 or as required upto 4th floor to specified and directed. 5 M&L mild steel screw bolts (machine made) for hold fast, length of bolt exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm long, dia 5 to 10 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, and making good by cement mortar 1:3 or as required from 5th floor to 8th floor to specified and directed. 6 M&L mild steel screw bolts (machine made) for hold fast, length of bolt exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm long, dia 5 to 10 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, and making good by cement mortar 1:3 or as required from 9th floor to 11th floor specified and directed. 7 M&L preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint exceeding 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer upto 4th floor slab complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint exceeding 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer from 5th floor to 8th floor complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint exceeding 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer from 9th floor to 11th floor complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for holes in brick walls built in cement mortar exc half brick but not exc one brick for inserting holdfast and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required and including touch with three coat of white wash/colour wash complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemperall as specified and directed.Notes for item No 1 to 11 above :-The entire work (BOQ) to be executed in multistory building (11 stories) and no access is being provided from staircase as well as from Lift to execute the work.The rates quoted in BOQ by the contractor shall include :-(a) The cost of necessary scaffolding from out side the building (externally).(b) The cost of all the safety arrangement, safety gear for workers during execution.(c)No electricity will be provided by the department, the cost of required alternate arrangement shall also include in quoted amount in BoQ.(d) All items and quantities mentioned in BoQ are provisional.Actual quantity will be executed as per site requirement & paid accordingly.
