    Tender For Cleaning Terrace Roof , Cutting Tree On Terrace Roof In Te Building At Manifit ((Jamshedpur -Ba) Clearing roof, Khurras and rain water pipe mouth including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, small plants, building rubbish etc. and removal of rubbish from out side the campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1.00 One job 2 Cutting tree on roof and parapet wall surface including removing roots applying chemical/ acid, lime and salt to prevent regrowth and making good the roof surface / parapet wall as per direction of E-I-C. (Cement concrete & Plaster used for repairing to be paid seperately) (a) Tree of girth 15 CM 2.00 Each 3 Supplying and providing water proofing material Dr. fixiti, 301 Pedicrete URP or equivalent in cement conrete, RCC, plastering etc. in doses as per manufacturer’s specification. 1.00 Litre 4 Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : a) 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 0.25 Cum 5 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : a) 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) 3.00 Sqm 6 Neat cement punning
