(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): 53 With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/sqm) 54 Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg., for doors, including cost of cutting floors ,embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 55 With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness. 56 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 57 Fixing standard steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators in walls, including fixing of float glass panes with glazing clips and special metalsash putty of approved make, or metal beading with screws, (only steel windows, glass panes cut to size and glazing clips or metal beading with screws, shall be supplied by department free of cost. 58 Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 59 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. 60 In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 61 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 62 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate 63 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /seIf tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 64 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 65 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 66 Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers. 67 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete : 68 New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre 69 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 70 Two or more coats on new work. 71 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 72 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge. 73 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). 74 Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: 75 Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm). 76 Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the samemembrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. 77 Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 78 3 mm thick 79 Removing & refixing Aluminium door shutter with frame for smooth operation including taking out door with frame, dismembering aluminium door sections, taking out panelling, reassembling the door shutter with aluminium cleats with screws, rivets & refixing the available panelling in position with snap beading & fixing the shutter in position with necessary stainless steel hinges with rivets or pivots with necessary screws etc complete as directed by the Engineer In charge. 80 Of area upto 2.00 Sqm 81 Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings andfixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : 82 W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid 83 Providing and fixing white vitreous china wash basin including making all connections but excluding the cost of fittings : 84 Flat back wash basin of size 550x400 mm. 85 Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete. 86 Semi rigid pipe 87 32 mm dia 88 Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete. 89 Providing and fixing PTMT towel rail complete with brackets fixed to wooden cleats with CP brass screws with concealed fittings arrangement of approved quality and colour. 90 600 mm long towel rail with total length of 645 mm, width 78 mm and effective height of 88 mm, weighing not less than 190 gms. 91 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall 92 20 mm nominal outer dia. Proper taping and jointing to be done using fiber mesh tape and epoxy and acrylic based jointing compound for seamless finish. (cost of frame work to be paid for separately 131 Cement Fiber Board 8 mm thick of Type B, Category III as per IS 14862:2000 (High pressure Steam Cured) 132 Applying SIKA TOP ARMETEK 108 or equivalent @ 0.7 Kg/sqm for anti-corrosion of reinforcement area as per manufacturer specification and direction of E-I-C 133 Styles and rails of wooden shutters fitted and fixed complete.
