| 5 | Supply of plain IBR carbon steel plate of 16 mm thickness forwraper plate (2 nos of area 1 mtr x 1 mtr each) including inspection and acceptance by Inspector of Boiler |
| 6 | Replacement of outside shell as per IBR 1950 includingremoval of defective furnace, bending of new wraper plate tooriginal dimension, fitting outside the boiler shell in original manner and welding the joints to make steam and water tight. |
| 7 | Supply of 30 Nos. plain IBR seamless smoke tube havingoriginal specification and dimension including inspection and acceptance by Inspector of Boiler |
| 8 | Replacement of 30 nos plain defective smoke tubes as marked are to be taken out by collapsing at their ends without damaging the tube holes of the tube plate. The new tubes of original dimension and material specification are to be fitted in place in original manner in accordance with the requirements of IBR 1950 making the joints steam and water tight |
| 9 | Dye penetration test (DPT) of whole tube plate and furnace plate. |
| 10 | Radiograph of the weld joints as per IBR, 1950. |
| 11 | Hydraulic test of the boiler after completion of the whole repair and to be offered for inspection before the undersigned for final acceptance and issuing necessary steaming permission.. |
