    Tender For Universal Length Measuring M/C--1 Universal length measuring MachineAbbe-Compliant Universal Length Measureming M/c with horizontal base bed and high stable Electronic incremental encoder system. 5-axis motorised (Y & Z axis) universal working table & motorised carraige (X-Axis) and automatic Internal Thread & bore measurement.Calibration Certificate from the laboratory accredited based on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard or from any NATIONAL METROLOGY INSTITUTE. 2 Accessories/Attachmentsa) Attachments/Accessories for External & Internal thread gauge measurement.b) Attachments/Accessories for External & Internal Plain gauge measurement. 3 Licensed Softwarea) Licensed Software module for External & Internal thread gauge measurement.b) Licensed Software module for for External & Internal Plain gauge measurement.c) Password for linear scale correction to be provided during the supply of ULM 4 Integrated System Requirementsa) Processor: With Intel i7 ,13 generation or latest, with minimum 16 GB RAM and minimum of 512 MB SSD b) Operating System: Windows 11 latest edition (licensed version) should be supplied along with Universal Length Measuring Machine. c) Display Unit(Monitor): Dual monitors to be supplied for real time viewing of measurements.d) Printer: Laser printer to be supplied (toner, accessories should be easily available in India)UPS: online UPS to be supplied to suit the ULM requirements (Minimum backup time 30 min) 5 TableSuitable table to keep the ULM to withstand weight and damp the vibrations.
