    Tender For Asphalting Aiish Main Campus Internal Roads.; 1 Civil Items 2 Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying sprayer at the rate of 0.70kg/M2 using mechanical meansas per direction of Engineer in Charge 3 Providing and applying tack coat with RS1 Bituminous Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/m2 on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom 4 Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing course in single coat using crushed stone aggregates of specified size on a layer of bituminous binder VG-30 laid on prepared surface and rolling with 8-10 t smooth wheeled steel roller 5 Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100 TPH capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG30,@5.4percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects 6 Dismantling ofdamaged kerb stones,removing debris, cleaning road surface from all dirt and other works wherever required as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge 7 Providing & fixing Polymer rubberized factory made Black & Yellow coloured Speed retarders/Breakers with width 350mm & Height 50mm as per IRC 99:2018 with load carrying capacity up to 30t in local streets, parking arena and in areas with speed limit of 20 kmph as per direction of Engineer in-charge
