E-Tender For Afloat Repair Of Sl Punpun At (Nw-1) For The Year 2025-26.; 1 Water tight integrity of WT hatches,manholes, ventilation flaps, wire mess found defective to be changed/replaced of all watertight & gastight fitting along with hose testing/chalk test as per recommendation of IRS and as per direction of EIC. 2 LABOUR CHARGES 3 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 4 Main engine(Port & Starboard side) sea water pumps should be check and service/repair as per direction of IRS and OEM standard. 5 LABOUR CHARGES 6 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 7 Gear box(Port & Starboard side) ( Make: PRM, Type- 1500SI9SAE3) joint coupling rubber is to be checked and repair/replace and oil leakage is to be arrested followed by servicing of entire unit as per directions of IRS and oem standard. 8 LABOUR CHARGES 9 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 10 Engine room/Wheel house all electrical line panel AC/DC, distribution boxes, navigation light,general light, mike, and electric horn is to be checked and service/repair as per direction of irs. 11 LABOUR CHARGES 12 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 13 Crew accomodation fans found non functional is to be repaired or replaced as per recommendation of IRS. 14 LABOUR CHARGES 15 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 16 Engine room/Wheel house all electrical line panel AC/DC, distribution boxes, navigation light,general light, mike, and electric horn is to be checked and service/repair as per direction of irs. 17 LABOUR CHARGES 18 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 19 Wheel house wooden panelling and its doors is to be service/replaced or renewed as per direction of IRS. 20 Labour Charges 21 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 22 Wheel house carpet to be renewed as per existing dimensions with standard fine quality material. 23 Fire hose (dia 2.5,cloth) alongwith male coupling fitted with nozzle to be supplied as per direction of IRS. 24 Labour Charges 25 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 26 Anchor chain with anchor (at stbd side) to be supplied and fitted including labour and material of same specifications as per direction of IRS . 27 Service/repairingof galley chimney as per direction of IRS report. 28 Labour Charges 29 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis
