WS Scheme/SH: Lavelling and Re-stacking of existing surplus material, painting, const. of internal road & roof treatment etc. of GWTP/SWTP under DWS Sub Division-II, Milansangha, Agartala.Job No.TR 18/CE/TJB/2025-26-- 1 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 2 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m -All kinds of soil. 3 First class brick work in foundation & plinth in/c cost of all materials required complete: In cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 4 Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 5 12 mm cement plaster of mix Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 fine sand) 6 Neat cement punning. 7 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 8 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 9 Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work (one or more coats) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 10 Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work (one or more coats), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 11 Painting with synthetic enamel paint(one or more coats) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 12 Providing and fixing glazing of approved quality in aluminium doors, windows, ventilator, shutters and partition etc. with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00 kg/sqm) 13 Chipping of unsound /weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and or/by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all completeas per direction of Engineer-in-charge.25 mm average thickness 14 Grading roof for water proofing treatment complete as required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge with: Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 15 Painting with black anticorrosive bitumastic paint (one or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 16 80 mm thick factory made c.c. interlocking paver block of M-35 GradeProviding and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required grey colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per specifications & approval/direction of the Engineer-in-charge:(a) 80 mm thick c.c. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern. 17 Cement Concrete 1:2:4 in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panelsCement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand:4 grade stone aggregate 40 mm nominal in size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 18 Sand filling in foundation trenches as per drawing & MoRT&H technical specification clause 304 19 Labour charge for property staking of various dia CI/DI pipe, inside the complex of 4 MGD WTP at Bordowali as per direction of the E-in-charge. 20 Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:Using M.S. angles 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces 21 Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete. Fixing to steel windows by welding.
