Tender For Providing B.T Patches For Pot Holes At Ward No 84.; 1 EarthworkExcavationAndDepostingonBankWithInitialLeadof10 m AndInitialLiftof2mInHardStiffClayStiffBlackHardShalesMuram Gravel Stoney Earth And Earth Mixed With Small Size Boulders And Hard Gravelly Soil (SS 20B) 2 Conveying the excavated earth from the site to the distance of 15kms out side of the city limit including all initial lead, lift, loading and unloading with transportation charges etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers. 3 Picking the existing old mettaled surface from 50mm to 100mm thick surface without damaging the exisiting base course and cleaning the site etc, complete 4 Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications. 5 Tack coat over WMM using 4kg of 80/100 bitumen for 10 m2 area in manually including hire charges of machinery and labour charges etc., complete 6 Providing and laying tack coat of 2kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required 7 Providing and laying of plastic premix carpet with seal coat type A 20mm consolidated thickness usingIRCsizemachinebrokenHGmetal0.18cumof13.20mmand0.09cumof11.20mmwith14.60kgof80/100gradeBitumenforpremixingfor10sq.mofpremixcarpetand0.09cumof 6.70mmIRCsizeHBGmetalwith9.80kgof80/100gradebitumenfor10sq.mforsealcoat including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to work site and stacking them to departmental gauge for pre measurements including cost of bitumen which will be procured by the contractor at his own cost including conveyance of bitumen to work spot, handling charges for thesameatbothendsincludingheatingthebitumenboiler,heatingtheaggregatesandmixing themwithBitumeninminihotmixplantforpremixcarpetrollingbypowerrollerforpremix carpets and sealcoat separately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premix carpet application bitumen for seal coat over the premix carpet including labour charges for spreading the seal coat includinghire chargesandrunningcharges forminihotmixplantpower rollerandall other tools and plants employed all indicated charges such as barricading, providing danger lights etc., complete complying with standards specifications as per MOST 509, 513.
