    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - 4498 Repair Rate Conract For Fat Insulatioin Works Onboard In Ships Yard Crafts And Fdns; Fat Insulation Works; Yes; Buyer Premises REPAIR RATE CONTRACT FOR FAT INSULATION WORKS ONBOARD IN SHIPS, YARD CRAFTS AND FDNs All the items supplied by vendor should conform to specifications mentioned in NCO 1430, Issue 1. The delivery/ supply charges of all vendor supply items as indicated in the scope have to be catered by firm. Any ambiguity in the size and type of vendor supply items as per the scope below may be clarified during the Pre-bid meeting. 1. FATI MFMBI MWMB Insulation works: - 2. Removal of existing FAT (Fire, Acoustic Sqmtr 2500 1500 and Thermal)/ MFMB (Mineral Fibre Marine Board)/ MWMB (Mineral Wool Marine Board) lagging/ insulation 1000 3. Application of FAT insulation of 25 mm Sqmtr 1000 600 400 on MS Structure which involves surface preparation to ST3 standard, welding of appropriate studs with a gap of 01 stud per sqft, fitment of FAT with Glass Fibre tape 2 width and application of Adhesive (Polyvinyl Acetate) (installation to be done as per NCO 1430, Issue 1) (Yard Supply: Insulation, Vendor Supply: Ancillaries (Studs, tapes, adhesives etc.) 600 L1 4. Application of FAT insulation of 50mm Sqmtr 1500 900 on MS Structure which involves surface preparation to ST3 standard, welding of appropriate studs with a gap of 01 stud per sqft, fitment of FAT with Glass Fibre tape 2 width and application of Adhesive (Polyvinyl Acetate) (installation to be done as per NCO 1430, Issue 1) (All Materials to be supplied by Vendor) L1 5.
