Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Overhauling Of Etp At Ngf Section As Per Scope Of Work Repair and Overhauling Service overhauling of Effluent treatment plant (ETP) at NGF section. 1 Cleaning of all tanks including gravel filter. Gravels of gravel filter shall be replaced. 2 3 4 5 6 7 Dismantling of existing components, pipelines, valves, starter panel, etc. which are to be replaced. Erection and commissioning of all the components listed in firms scope mentioned in Part-B. All pipes and valves of complete ETP shall be replaced. Supply and installation of all interconnecting pipes and valves shall be in the firms scope. Supply and installation of one starter panel with adequate number of starters. Electrical cabling from starter panel to individual electrical components of ETP. Supply and installation of Two numbers lock-gate, one to regulate the normal flow of drain and another for the flow to collection pit of ETP. Construction of one pit of size 2 ft (Length) X 2ft (Width) X 2 ft (depth) in the drain at approx. 3 ft distance before the lock-gate for mud separation. 8 Any civil foundation work required for installation of the components/equipments supplied by the firm shall be carried out by the firm. Firm shall supply and install canopy/cover for protection of starter panel, pumps and motors from rain. 9 Erection & Commissioning: a) The complete erection & commissioning shall be in suppliers scope. The erection & commissioning shall form a part of the scope of work of the Supplier, who shall also be responsible for successful commissioning. b) Erection & Commissioning for overhauling of the ETP shall be carried out by the Supplier with all the items supplied by him. Necessary Tools & Tackles, Manpower and material handling equipment required for successful overhauling of the ETP as per the scope of work, shall be arranged by the firm at his own cost and risk. Supplier shall arrange their own facility for handling and shifting of material. c) Any consumable or spares, if required during commissioning of the equipment, will be provided by the Supplier at his own cost. 10 11 Any debris and erection trash generated during the execution of the work shall be cleared and shifted by the firm to designated place within 500 m from the site. MSF shall provide utilities (LT Power and water) required for erection and commissioning work within 30 m of the ETP. Total Quantity :
