    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - 4406 Refurbishment Of Sewage Trearment Plant And Vts Of In Lcu L52; Stp And Vts; Yes; Buyer Premises REFURBISHMENT OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT & VTS OF IN LCU L-56 (NR-25) VTS PUMPS (JETS): - Complete overhauling of fwd and aft VTS pump 15 MBA VTS pump: - (a) Removal of pump & motor (b) Refitment of pump and motor (c) Chemical cleaning of VTS pump manifold and prove to SS. (d) Suction and discharge valve to be overhauled. (e) Chemical cleaning of VTS pipe lines including hoses if any. Complete overhauling of all the FD valves, VPCS and vaccum switches to be undertaken. Work involves following: - (a) Removal and refitment of all FD valves, VPCs and vacuum switches post & overhauling. (b) All rubber parts such as seals, flaps, lifting membrane, hoses to be renewed. (c) Post refitment, complete system to be proved to SS. Overhauling of Electrical control pannel of VTS system Overhauling of OBD pumps: (a) Removal of pumps from system for overhauling (b) Refitment of all pumps and proving of system to SS. Scaling observed on isolating valve to be repaired/renewed. STP Sewage collection tank of both mariners to be chemically cleaned view scaling/ slime deposition observed. The work involves following: - (a) Opening of tank top and other fittings for accessibility. (b) Cleaning of tank-02 surge, briner-02 (c) Internal surface of tank chipping, buffing and painting. 03 coats to be done. (d) Renew both level indicating transparent tubes. (e) Boxing up of tank and refitment of all fittings. (f) Proving of level indicators to SS Post completion of all works related to STP, following involves: - Total Quantity :
