Tender For Annual Maintenance And Repair Inspection House At 132 Kv Sub-Station Bah Agra,(W.E.F 01.11.2025 To 31.03.2026) And F.Y 2026-27 - Removal of garden waste by TATA 407 or equivalent including loading/ unloading and carriage upto 1 km lead,complete disposal upto designated place as per direction of officer-in-charge . (SOR No-2.60) 2 Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge. Open spaces(1 Mali for 3.00Acre). (SOR No-2.40.6) 3 Anti termite treatment by digging holes 30 cm deep and 4 cm dia, 6 to 7 holes around the tree using chemical emulsion at the rate of 1.5 liter per hole in two time or more application to get the trees free from termite infection chemicals used Chlorpyriphos 20% EC in the ratio of 1% concentration and as per direction of officer-in-charge. (SOR No-2.54) 4 Cleaning of septic tank including disposal of waste out side the UPPCL area as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour,T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.(NSI SOR No-20.12) 5 Same as in NSI item No.-59 above but for inspection chamber..(NSI SOR No-20.13) 6 Cleaning of main drain or width more than 300 mm.including disposal of waste refuses sludge out side the boards area including washing and cleaning by clean water completely as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour,T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.(NSI SOR No-20.14) 7 Cleaning and opening of chocked W.C./ bath / kithchen pipe line including opening and refixing of chamber cover including washing etc. complete.(Analysis based on NBO - 11 25.020.(NSI SOR No-20.19) 8 Servicing of Air Conditioner (For Window/Split) by aurthorised service center complete in all respect including all labour and T&P. (NSI SOR No-20.30) 9 Servicing of Air Conditioner and filling of GAS(For Window/Split) by aurthorised service center complete in all respect including all labour and T&P. (NSI SOR No-20.31) 10 Attending to petty maintenance service like plumbingservice,welder service, mansion service and carpenter servicerequired as below. (Job attending by one no. Plumber/welder/mason /carpenter with oneno. helper per hour or part of an hour.)(NSI SOR No-22.18) 11 Providing cateringservices in erectorhostels/Guest houses/ Inspection houses for upto 4 suites including maininance and cleaning of cutlery, crockery and also including provision of morning/evening tea and meals on payment basis to the guests/ occupants. (NSI SOR No-23.01a) 12 House Keeping of all suits, dormitary, dining hall, kitchen & outer area that include lobby, stairs, road, parking including cleaning/sweeping/dustingand praparation of bed with clean and ironed bed sheet /cover/pillows/blanket etc. Proper cleaning of bathroom, providing with soap, bath soap, shampoo pouch, odonil, sanitry cubes, cleaning big and small towel, Mosquito repellant as and when required its also add removal of rubbish from permises. Rates include all labour, material, T & P required for proper completion of work. (For One Month per sqm of carpet area)For all other districts in UP except that mentioned in item number 23.17.(NSI SOR No-23.18)
