DSR 2023 ITEM N. 15.2.2 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. All kinds of soil DSR 2023 2.6.1 3 S/L P:C:C ( 1:6:12) with 40 mm size stone ballast coarse sand & cement etc all complete as the direction of engineer in charge (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 18 SI NO 5.11 ITEM NO 281.) 4 R.C.C work with cement ,approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending ,but including its fixing and binding wire including necessary cantering and shuttering etc .and supply of all materials, labour, tools& plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. the rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.(AS PER SOR PWD 2022 SN.N. 5.16 ITEM N. 284) 5 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars DSR 2023 ITEM N. 5.22.1 6 P.v.c. The earth form cutting to be used in making in embekment or to be disposited and spoil banks with in 30 M. distance as directed by the engineer in charge etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. 8 Supply of 45 to 63 mm gauge stone ballast with stacking for measurment etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. 9 Supply of 22.4 to 53 mm gauge stone ballast with stacking for measurment etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. 10 Supply of Screeing material with stacking for measurment etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. 11 Consolidation of stone aggregates of 45-63 mm/22.4-53mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2/3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 12 Supply & laying 80 mm thick Precase cement concrete ishape interlocking paver block (Grey color) with top layer of minimum 8 mm thickness having plan dimension 200X(160+120mm) of O.P cement smoothing gloss finish,skid resistant manufacturered from rubber moulds.
