Tender For Improvement Work Of Internal Roads Of Ward 91, Kavi Nagar I-Block. - Dismantling reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work including stacking of materials as directed by the engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metre ( 200 feet ) (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 47 SI NO 17.04 ITEM NO 694) 2 Supply of 22.4 to 53 mm gauge stone ballast with stacking for measurment etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.RMR 3 Supply of Screeing material with stacking for measurment etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.RMR 4 Consolidation of stone aggregates of 45-63 mm/22.4-53mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2/3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.(SOR 2022 SI. N. 20.02 ITEM N. 752) 5 S/L Tack coat of bitumen @ 0.30 kg/m2including heating the VG 10 bitumen spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated sparay unit fitted on bitumen boiler & cleaning and prepairing the existing road surface etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge.
