    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Cleaning And Topping Up Of 01 Nos Multi Media Filter At Filtration Plant; Cleaning And Topping Up Of 01 Nos Multi Media Filter At Filtration Plant; Yes; Buyer Premises Cleaning and Topping up of 01 Nos Multi Media Filter at Filtration Plant Under GE (West) Mathura. Cleaning and Topping up of 01 Nos Multi Media Filter at Filtration Plant Under GE (West) Mathura. 1. M & L for opening the door by dismantling all nut bolts and packing material without damaging any part of pressure filter of capacity Approx x 35000 Gln/hour and removing complete filter media from pressure filter and stacking it in a clean and safe place all as specified and directed. Each Job Complete one Job 2. M & L for rifling the serviceable media in engineered manner layer wise after properly cleaning, removing unserviceable media, topping up serviceable media of same size, shape, closing of door by serviceable nut bolts and packing sheet and testing it completely all as specified and directed not: Media require for topping up will be measured and paid under respective items of BOQ. Each Job 3. M & L for cleaning of inner shell of pressure filter of size 35000 Gln/Hr by removing dirt, mud, rusted particle, removing any blockage in the air vents and painting the inner shell pipes completely by one coat of primer and one coat of enamel paint all as specified and directed. Each Job 4. Supply and mixing pressure filter media (sand and gravel) of washed, best quality, different size and shape as required suitable for swimming pool filter all as specified as per IS-8419 all as specified and directed. Each Job 5. Removal of Existing Paint from Multi Media Filter and painting of 1 Coat Primer and Epoxy Coating of Blue color in a surface area of approx 50 Sqm. Total Quantity :
