Tender For Providing Canteen Services (Bhojan Vyavastha) On Contract Basis In Regional Agri. Extension Management Training Institute Chh. Sambhajinagar-1 Bed Tea (Bed Tea) along with tea/coffee/milk and biscuits in the hostel. 2 Vegetarians - Chaha/Coffee/Milk, Fruits and Eggs or 1. A vegetarian dish or two egg omelette as per demand 2. Cornflakes with milk 3. Four toasts/bread (butter and jam should be kept separately) 4. Fruits/fruits (at least 100 grams) 5. Boiled Eggs6. Tea/Coffee/Milk (100-120 ml) 3 Tea/Coffee/Milk (with biscuits and cookies) once in the morning during the training session. 4 two-day meals - buffet style1. Chapati(Gavachi)/Phulka/Puri/Jwarichi Bhakri2. Both vegetables (one dry and one rope, pale vegetable and other vegetables) 3. Dalfry 4. Sadbhaat/Pulaav/Fried Rice/Masala Bhaat (HMT, Chinnortandul, Kolam or Basmati)5. Kadhi/tak/mattha/koshimbir6. Green salad (carrot, beet, mula, kanda, limbu etc.) chutney, papad, lonche,7. Sweet Dish (as per Appendix 2)8. Sweet Dish (as per Appendix 2) 8. Vegetarian Soup 7 Note-1. The total rate per day for one person as shown in the above table (Appendix A) will be considered admissible for tender. Att no. between atti and sharti. As per 1, rate which is 20% or less than the base rate will be ineligible. 2. Food items, lunch and dinner will have to be given unlimited per person. 3.Varial rate will cover all taxes, I will mention tax separately.4. If the training period is 3 days, at least once and if it is 5 days or more, it is mandatory to provide non-vegetarian food at least twice a week (Wednesday chicken, Friday mutton/maas and Sunday egg curry). Accordingly, it is necessary for the tender holder to specify the rate. 5.The rates given in Appendix-B will not be considered while finalizing the tender.
