Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Consultancy Services For Extn Of Atc Tower AR/VR Related Consulting Services Hiring of Consultancy Services - Percentage based Providing structural design and drawing for Alternate ATC (Floor area approx 50 Sqm) including preliminary site visit and assessment, preparation of detailed structural drawings and specifications including design reports and compliance documentation to include foundation layout and structural drawings of relevant structural members as per layout drawing given by user complete all as specified and as directed. Note. (i) The consultancy will be carried out in accordance with the latest IS codes and standards as applicable ensuring safety, durability, cost efficiency. (ii) Structural drawing should be vetted by IIT/NIT/Government Engineering College. All pages of Drawings shall be serially numbered, stamped and signed by the Agency carrying out the structural design. Report should be scrutinized by GE & CWE for correctness and endorsed. (iii) A soft copy and 3 hard copies of drawing alongwith 3D elevation to be provided alongwith design. Each Job 1 2. Boring/Drilling 150 mm dia bore holes upto 10 mtr depth through any type of soil/rock as required/directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including mobilization and shifting of mechanical boring equipment / rig to each bore hole location and setting up equipment for boring. Collection of undisturbed/disturbed soil sample at 1.5 mtr intervals or at any change of strata in 100 mm bore thin-walled tube including waxing sealing packing and transporting to the lab. Conducting necessary tests as per relevant IS codes NBC2005/SP36 on all collected samples which include the determination of:- (i) Atterberg limits. (ii) Natural moisture. (iii) Wet and density. (iv) Soil practical size distribution using sieve/hydrometer analysis, Tri axials shear test C & Determination. (v) Consolidation test. (vi) Specific gravity test for sand rock. (v) Crushing strength of rock samples. (vi) Conducting SPT/DCPT at various locations along with collecting undisturbed/Disturbed samples from bore holes and determination of various index and Engineering Properties on various samples collected. Note. (i) With every site Soil Investigation Report, a detailed site plan showing the approx. location of each bore duly numbered as per log of bore hole should be enclosed. Location of foundations of adjacent structures especially those that might be impacted by the proposed constitution. (ii) Every page of the soil investigation Report should have the Name/No of the job for which soil investigation is being carried out. In case of multiple sites of a single job are being investigated, name if each site shall be put on each page of report pertaining to the site. (iii) All pages of soil investigation report shall be serially numbered stamped and signed by the agency carrying out the soil investigation. Soil Investigation Report should be scrutinized by GE & CWE for Correctness & endorsed. (iv) Transportation charges including loading and unloading of heavy girders, T&P & technician etc. complete from laboratory to work site and back shall be deemed include in rates quoted by the bidder. (v) Photographic record of Geo Explorations as well as testing shall also form part of the report. (vi) The GE shall intimate the approximate type of construction utilization and dimension of proposed building to the consultant who based on GEOTECHNICAL investigations should recommend type of foundation (viz, isolated/combined footing raft pile etc.) Total Quantity :
