Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Consultancy Services For Hydrogen Shed AR/VR Related Consulting Services Hiring of Consultancy Services - Percentage based Complete Consultancy services of undermentioned buildings:- Design & Preparation of Architect drawing, structural drawing & bills of quantities for building and internal and external services for Hydrogen Shed (Size 5.5 x 6 x 5m, rolling shutter at front and back, 2 doors on left and right side wall, 2 concrete racks) including preliminary site visits and assessment preparation of detailed structural drawings and specifications including design report and compliance documentation to include foundation layout and structural drawing of relevant structural members as per layout drawing given by user complete all as specified and as directed. Average value of net bearing capacity at a depth of 1.5 mtr may be considered as 10.5 t/Sqm for the purpose of design. (a) ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND DRAWINGS. (i) Preparation of site plan conceptual architectural drawing three proposals with latest architectural views in 3D (on latest AUTODESK SOFTWARE) with relevant details like plan elevations, section, layout plan etc. based on data and local architectural norms. The conceptual drawing shall be submitted in duplicate hardcopy for approval of user and MES. (ii) After approval of conceptual drawings, the preparation of actual drawings including schedule of finishes, internal water supply and internal electric supply drawings incorporated required changes/modifications and submit the same in four copies. The working drawing shall be on A1 or Ao size as required standard scale and working details on standard scale as per requirement. The final drawing shall be got approved the department before taking final prints. (iii) After approval submission of final drawings in hard copy (tracing sheet) to be submitted duly signed by an authorized Architect of the consultant with CA registered number. (iv) Submission of 3D colored rendered walkthrough of 3 mins. Note. The consultant shall be liable to issue amendment in drawing as per administrative and technical requirement without any extra cost. The rate quoted will include the cost of any such amended drawings. (b) STRUCTUAL DESIGN AND DRAWINGS. (i) Analysis and design of the structures as per latest IS codes in design software STAADPRO/ETABS (member/component design may be carried out in MS Excel etc) and design of rigid pavement as per load applicable. (ii) Preparation of structural including all details in AUTOCAD including original prints in tracing papers A1 size and submission 5 sets of ammonia prints/white prints and one set of drawings in softcopy copied in CD (all drawing shall be drawn to a suitable scale and shall not be printed in “fit to scale” mode. Scale shall be clearly mentioned in the drawings. The preferred scales are as follows:- (i) Main Plan 1:100/150 (ii) Details of component 1:25 (iii) Minor details /cross sections of columns and beams etc 1:10. (iii) Vetting of design and drawings from IIT/NIT. (iv) Submission of design folder (one set of soft copy and hard copy) containing input files of STAAD/output of design and forces in tabular form, details of calculations, copy of MS excel pages, one hard copy of architectural and structural drawings, soft copy of all architectural and structural drawings in AUTOCAD as well as soft copies of signed and certified drawings scanned in pdf format. (v) Preparation of site plan/drawings duly marked B/R & E/M external services including schematic diagram for internal water supply and internal electrification and providing bills of quantities of the services per details given by the department. Note. (i) Design shall be carried out by qualified structural engineers. (ii) All provisions in the IS Codes shall be strictly adhered and forwarded. (iii) The drawing shall be got approved from the department before taking final prints. (iv) The consultant shall be liable to attend the discussion and tender presentation after submission of drawings and issue required amendments drawings/correction as directed by the department without any extra cost. The rate quoted here-in will include the cost of any such drawings. (v) The consultant also visit the proposed site before carrying out design if required by him without any extra cost to the department. (c) DETAILED ESTIMATES. Preparation of detailed estimate and item wise yard stick including taking of quantities and abstracts as per MES SSR 2020, market rate analysis including preparation of tender and submission of details to department as per approved drawings for the above specified works.
