Tender For Complete Operation, Mechanical And Electrical Maintenance Jobs In Treatment Plantsof Blast Furnace; 1 Shift wise operation of treatment plants (TP-1, TP-2, Filter house & BF-3 WWTP) and metallurgical pond pump house of Blast Furnace water system ensuring uninterrupted running of the system to deliver quality of water to consumers along with monitoring, inspection, troubleshooting according to scope of work of all the equipments. Month 24 2 Complete Mechanical maintenance of all the equipment of treatment plants (TP1,TP-2, Filter house & BF-3 WWTP) and metallurgical pond pump house of Blast Furnace water system including pipelines as per schedule & as and when required on condition basis Month 24 3 Complete Electrical & Instrumentation and PLC maintenance of all the equipment of treatment plants (TP-1,TP-2, Filter house & BF-3 WWTP) and metallurgical pond pump house of Blast Furnace water system as per schedule & as and when required on condition basis Month 24 4 Evacuation and loading the semi dry/slushy material from metallurgical waste pond and shifting to drying platform within a radius of 1km. MT 600000 5 Loading and Transportation of dried metallurgical waste from the storage area (evacuated from ponds & dumped in the storage area) to the receiving bins of Sinter plant or any other location within lead distance of 5 km after weighment at Appikonda weigh bridge. MT 50000 6 Loading andTransportation of dried metallurgical waste from the storage area to RMHP or any other location within 8 km after weighment at Appikonda weigh bridge. . MT 10000 7 Loading andTransportation of wet metallurgical waste from BF treatment plants (TP-1,TP-2, BF-3WWTP & Filter house) to metallurgical pond or designated storage yard near appikonda gate after weighment at Appikonda weigh bridge. (total to & fro distance approx. 6km) MT 120000 8 Loading andTransportation of wet metallurgical waste from BF treatment plants (TP-1,TP-2, BF-3WWTP & Filter house) to Sinter Plant receiving bins area after weighment at Appikonda weigh bridge (total to & fro distance approx. 8km) MT 5000 9 Loading and Transportation of wet metallurgical waste from Treatment plant-3 (TP-3) including filter house, New treatment plant, SMS 2 Water Treatment plant including old & New filter presses, Old & New scale pits & settling tanks) to designated storage yard near Appikonda gate after weighment at Weigh bridge located near Appikonda gate (total to & fro distance approx. 8km) MT 200000 10 Loading and Transportation of wet metallurgical waste from Treatment plant-3 (TP-3) including filter house, New treatment plant, SMS 2 Water Treatment plant including old & New filter presses, Old & New scale pits & settling tanks) to Sinter Plant receiving bins area after weighment at Weigh bridge located near Appikonda gate (total to & fro distance approx. 10km). MT 5000 11 Loading and transportation of of metallurgical waste/mills scale from Mills areas (WRM-2 treatment plant, scale pit pump house & settling tanks of WRM2, SBM & STM , treatment plant 7, TP-7 & treatment plant 8, TP-8 ) of Water Management Department to sinter plant after weighment at Appikonda weigh bridgeas and when required. MT 80000 12 Loading and transportation of of sludge drying beds of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to junction houses of COCCP or any designated location after weighment at SMS junction weigh bridge as and when required MT 4000 13 Loading and transportation of of sludge from centrifuges of Appikonda Waste Water Treatment Plant, AWWTP (R.O) and sludge from centrifuges of Captive power plant, CPP-2 to met pond or any designated location after weighment at appikonda weigh bridge as and when required.
