    Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Coast Guard Ship; Electrical System Or Installation; Service Provider 1. L(P)-734 Port RO plant tripping intermittently. Duning DI found fuse base panel is excessively heating and tripping of motor observed Control circuit to be repaired and proved for satisfactory operation 2 L(P)774: 03 nos washing machine at Officers washroom, Sr sailors washroom and Jr sailors washroom not working. Suspected PCB, door lock switches malfunctioning Defect to be rectified & proved for satisfactory operation. 3 L(P)-737: Submersible socket at Quarter deck deteriorated & short circuited due to heavy sea water ingress. Same to be repaired & proved for satisfactory operation. 4 L(P) 740: 08 in nos. wall mounted fans are not working view defective motor winding & blades broken due to locking mechanism broken in rough seas. All fans to be repaired and proved for satisfactory operation. 5 L(P) 741: 01 in no deep freezer compressor in Galley become damaged due to heavy roll & pitch of ship during rough seas. During Di compressor found damaged. Repair of same to be undertaken and proved for satisfactory operation 6 L(P) 757: 03 horizantal lights, 02 homing beacon lights. 02 wave off lights are not glowing. During DI, power supply cable found defective. Defect to be rectified & proved for satisfactory operation 7 L(P) 758: Stbd RO plant feed pump motor is unable to operate (Make: Rochem). During DI, motor insulation found zero Re-winding of motor alongwith balancing to be undertaken. For this defect OEM authorization certificate is required. Else bid will be rejected Total Quantity :
