    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Field Farm Operational Works Horticulture Service - Lumpsum based Horticulture Service - Event Based Model Clean and remove weeds, bushes, and wild plants growing on the bunds surrounding all fields in the farm area, on both sides of irrigation channels, and along the inner edges of the perimeter wall. Clear grasses and weeds growing along the paths leading to the fields and carry out pruning of trees with the help of laborers. For breeder seed production and all experimental plots, dig the corners of the fields before July. Prepare plots for crop production (paddy in crop rotation) as required. Ensure the cleaning of irrigation channels (both cemented and uncemented) and the excavation of earthen channels in the field. In case of waterlogging, ensure timely drainage arrangements. 1.2 Seed Preparation: Clean the potato stores/warehouses at the center and in other divisions, and spray bleaching powder for sanitation. Unload the sprouted potato seed bags received from cold storage, and immediately transport them to the respective division warehouses. In the warehouses, open the potato seed bags, sort the potatoes, and spread them out for sprouting. For the Bhowj divisions potato seeds, apply pesticide treatment as required. 1.3 Potato Sowing: (i) In the month of October, prepare the field for all early sowing trials (approx. 1.0 hectare) under various divisions. Carry out marking, bed-making, manure application, seed transportation, and planting with the help of laborers. (ii) For sowing of Stage 1, 2, 3, 4 and G-1, 2 breeder seed plots (approx. 10.25 hectares), perform marking using tractor-operated tools, carry out bed preparation manually with laborers, mix and apply fertilizers in the beds, and transport seeds from the warehouse to the field using tractor trolleys and laborers.
