Tender For Misc Repair To Sun Shelter And Soft Pens In Tech Area At Af Stn Naliya; 1 Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, or valley gutter any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply and fix pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Material and labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof ridges etc fixed with self drilling screws, complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply and fix roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections)(Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A) including distance pieces, cleats etc, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed. 7 Supply and fix in repairs, reflective insulation roll, foam core radiant barrier, heat cold sheield, thermal foil insulation on roof/ceiling of the sheds, complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply and fix in repairs,plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 1mm thick , in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material and labour for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 10 Material and labour for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply and fix in repair For Nylon net of bird proofing for shed / storage accn/ soft pen/shelterincluding all fitting such as rolling pully, iron strips, rope for cotrolling net, nails etc. complete all as specified and directed with following properties:- (i) The brust strength up to 44 pounds(ii) Shall meet ISO 1806 protocols.(iii) 3/4 (Three Fourth inch),Messs netting.(iv) Thickness of wire .80mm.(3 SDtrands each .26mm thick)(v) Quality control- filments: are twisted and knotted pressure stretched and tughtened.(vi) break strength: 52 lbs/2316 kgs per strand.(vii) chemical properties-polythylene, a parffin hydrocarbon, is chemically insert, flame retardant and highly resistant to most chemicals at temperatures.(viii) High resistant to acids and alkaloids at all concentrations.(ix) High temperature-210-239 Degree, F/100-115 Degree. (x) Low temperature-139 to 166 degree, F/-95 to 110 DegreeC. 12 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Material and labour for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.
